I want to break free!

in About Beatle
In the immortal words of Queens’ Freddy Mercury, “I want to break free!”. I am sitting in a hot office working my fingers to the bone with no end in sight. If only I could get the time to dedicate to making money elsewhere, sooner, I’d be making more money that I currently am.
Also the work that I am doing is boring in comparison to being able to write blogs to let you all know what and how I’m doing.
I hope you don’t think this is an attempt to shrug my responsibilities but as I currently have to work for a boss in a dead end job I am restricted to the amount of time I can dedicate to my other activities.
Believe you me I most definitely am working on at least one thing at the moment but it’s always in the darker hours of the day. I had the hole of last week to try and get something going but one thing after the next put my efforts at bay.
I have gotten to the stage that I am happy with my video recording capability and content, now I just have to record a few videos and get the whole thing built up into a presentable product.
Please do keep coming back as I will get to write more soon, I promise!
Micro-Continuity is launched and WOW!
Hi again.
Sorry about the lack of updates but I have thrown myself headlong into Micro-Continuity and started to set myself up with arguably one of the best ways to market your products.
Russell Brunson has revealed to the world his secrets about his Micro-Continuuity system that has generated multiple millions of dollars for his business and after fine tuning the system with his first group of trainees he has offered it to us mere mortals.
There are already some very good case studies that show how this system can work in any Niche and as soon as I get mine finished I’ll be putting it forward for use too.
I’d love to write a ton more about this but as it’s a work in progress for me I’d rather get if finished, learn all the valuable lessons I can along the way and then impart my knowledge to you.
If like me you’re itching to know more then feel free to take a look at the Micro-Continuity website and see what you can discover about this amazing system. There’s alot of info there and even the ability to get a limited offer of his audio training on the subject.
I’ll see you again soon with more updates on this amazing systems so keep coming back!
The Stig is unveiled!
For any fan of the popular BBC TV (BBC3 8pm) show Top Gear tonight’s episode had the usual features and then some.
They started off with a race and set back in 1949 it was poised to be the race of the century. Steam locomotive versus classic car versus classic bike. And with each vehicle being the fastest in their day it was set to be the race to answer the often asked question, which would be triumphant? The steam locomotive was the Tornado – Peppercorn A1 pacific class steam locomotive, the car was the Jaguar XK120 and the bike was the infamous Vincent Black Shadow. My feelings were that the bike would win hands down as it has the better economy and wouldn’t be constrained by trivial things like traffic. The steam engine obviously has an advantage of the open track but this too proved a myth as they got stuck behind the ever present and annoying commuter train. No vehicle was without it’s problems as the steam engine developed a leak and a blocked water inlet, the car had the problem of a congested petrol station and slow vehicles on single carriage ways but the bike was nearly out of the race when Hammond failed to switch back from the reserve tank and blocked the carburettor with sludge from the bottom of the tank.
I suppose the best winner for this race was the car, as it is a car program, but I often found myself egging the steam locomotive off for it’s historical value. The race was run from London to Edinburgh along the old North road as the motor way didn’t exist back then. The finishing line itself had a humorous moment with Jeremy Clarkson walking into an obviously posh hotel covered from head to toe in soot and the slightest brush with the clean and lightly coloured walls reveals just how dirty he was. The eventual winner, and now not so aptly named doctor slow, was James May who, for once, didn’t experience any mechanical failures.
The next feature of this episode was the moment that they said they were to reveal who the Stig was. No if you don’t know the history about the Stig, he is a racing driver that is used to test most super cars featured on the show to pit lap times against the other featured super cars to compile the super car fastest track list. The Stig has been used in other features such as races and challenges but he’s always in the same white race overalls and white helmet with blue tinted visor. His identity has always been a closely guarded secret and many a joke has been aimed at him to build his character up a bit. I watched with great trepidation as it was only 4 days earlier that I read in the London Metro (17-06-2009 page 39) an article about stunt driver Russ Swift who stated about being the Stig that “It’s not one person” So when Jeremy Clarkson revealed the face of former formula one champion Michael Schumacher I felt a bit deflated. I could believe Michael making the odd appearance but Clarkson was banging on how he gave up every Wednesday (The day the show is filmed before being aired the very next Sunday) to perform his duties as the Stig. I also fail to believe that the BBC would be willing to pay for Michael Schumacher to be available for filming every Wednesday for a car program and drive around wearing a blacked out helmet. If I were producing a car program and it had Michael Schumacher walking passed the same town I would make sure that I had his face in full screen for all to see.
So all I can say is that we will never really know who the Stig is on any given episode of the program unless they decide to do away with the blacked out helmet. This also begs the question of how accurate can the Fastest Lap time leader board be if it isn’t the same driver driving the different super cars. It’s been proved that any number of different drivers, even formula one drivers, driving the same car around the same track will result in different times, even from lap to lap as is the nature of humans, prevailing conditions and conditions of the car. Although it was very fitting that the supercar driven in this episode was the extremely exclusive Ferrari FXX which knocked the Gumpers’ 1:17 lap time off the top with a mind blowing 1:10.
I have further discovered that ex-stunt driver Ben Collins and ex-formula one driver Parry McCarthy were also amongst the people donning the infamous helmet in the past.
We will have to wait and see what other revelations the new series of Top Gear holds in store for us but I can assure you that I won’t miss an episode, just like I haven’t for a few years now.
Tax payers pay for spiritual well being in hospitals!
The UK tax payer pays $40 million a year for the spiritual well being of patients regardless of religion. There’s Muslim and Christian to name 2 but a few more are available and there is anywhere up to 6 chapels per hospital.
Now don’t get me wrong as I believe everybody has a right to religion no matter what that religion may be but do you honestly believe that I should have to pay for it. I’m not a church going person nor am I anti any specific religion but can you tell me that there is any self respecting Christian or Muslim that feels good about paying money towards any other religion whether they like it or not?
In England we have a major row going on about the British National Party (a political party that believes England for the English first and foremost) are now racist because they want to crack down on illegal immigration and unwanted nationals who are already in England. In this day and age when certain nations enforce their way of life upon their visitors and get away with it in the name of religion or historical right and England can’t stand up for itself without being called racist or anti everybody else.
An excerpt from the UK Border Agency posted 24 February 2009:
“In the three months to December last year, there were 29,000 applications from workers from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia and the Czech Republic – down from 53,000 in the same period in 2007. The decrease is mainly explained by a drop in approved Polish applicants, which fell to 16,000 in the last quarter of 2008 from 36,000 in the same period in 2007.”
Here we have a perfect example. The NHS (National Health Trust) is the main reason for half the immigrants that come here from Eastern Europe and Asia as it is a free health care. This has caused a massive strain on the limited resources that the NHS has and has resulted in long waiting time for some treatments and operations. On top of this they foot the bill to the tune of £40 Million (+$65 Million) which I believe could be better spent on resources to help ease the strain caused by the mass in flood of immigrants. This could pay the salaries for a much needed additional 1,500 nurses and then some.
An excerpt from the Guardian article posted April 2008:
“Net immigration has added 1.5 million people to the population over the last 10 years. Two-thirds of them have come from the continents of Asia and Africa. People born overseas account for about 10% of the UK population of 60.6m.”
Please don’t get me wrong on this subject either as I was an immigrant in South Africa myself but I have chosen to return to England as this is my place of birth and if migration wasn’t allowed we wouldn’t have the mixture of communities we do have to day all over the world.
Where my gripe is is with people who migrate to another country and then make demands on that country to include all aspects of their way of life into the host country whilst back in their home country they oppress and murder the migrants of their host country. This has even gone so far as to ensure that they can openly practise religion whilst oppressing other religions, expecting special treatment with regards their beliefs and eating habits, and get this, they’re now pushing to try and have some of their “Religious beliefs” incorporated into the UK’s government operations.
As all country men and women feel about their country, so I feel about mine. My family history runs back to the medieval times and I have a strong sense of patriotism welling up inside of me but believe we can live together if we respect the country to which we are not nationals.
